Architectural Feasibility Study

At Inspire Architectural Design our architectural feasibility study considers all aspects of your proposed project and they are always tailored to meet a client’s needs.

Our architectural feasibility study can range from a relatively simple assessment of a building or single site to a more complex review of a number of different sites and potential uses for them.

Typically once we have been appointed to carry out a full feasibility study we have an office meeting to discuss the clients project brief, ideas, their needs and expectations for their site or building.

In all cases the project is appraised, options are identified in discussion with the client and outline schemes will be developed and reviewed with the client before they undertake or commit to any significant expense.

Every architectural feasibility study includes:

  • a desktop study to establish any history on the site such as any previous statutory planning/building control approvals or refusals.
  • location of any services either located within the site or adjacent to it.
  • Any past history such as previous buildings or previous uses that where on the site.

Next we visit the site to conduct an initial site assessment. We record the main features within and around the site, take photos of its overall condition as well as recording any possible constraints or opportunities.

We aim to produce a document that is a useful tool for our clients that will help guide them through the various stages of their project from concept to completion.

You can contact us to discuss how we may assist you, and to arrange a free office consultation.
