The original building was a vacant car show room and the client challenged us to convert and refurb it to create a Chinese Restaurant & Takeaway.We completely transformed the external facade by removing the existing large showroom single glazed windows and re configured the window layout by installing timber feature panels finished in a rich cedar cladding. At high level we over clad the existing wall cladding with VM Zinc Cladding to give the building a modern simple form.We completely redesigned the internal layout however the client designed the actual finishes & internal fit out
