The client bought the site with a basic bungalow design approved. They wanted a traditional / modern look modest sized dwelling with open plan living and a modern interior all on an agreed budget. This house packs a lot into a small space while having interesting and beautiful spaces that are filled with natural light and it is still one of my favourite house projects.
