When we built our home in 2005, we were lucky enough to have bought one of the most beautiful sites in fermanagh. We have amazing views over the Erne Valley. Unfortunately at that time we were limited by both planning restrictions and choice of architects. We built as beautiful a home as we were allowed but we realised that the full potential of our beautiful site and environment had not been realised. We were so lucky to choose Damian and Inspire Architectural Design to make the changes we felt would make our home amazing. We couldn’t knock down our home (although I was tempted) so we had to marry the old with the new, and the results have been beyond our expectations. We have now made the most amazing changes that have given us a new way of living. Our family and friends all agree it was the best money we ever spent in making the changes we did. Our family life and living has been transformed thanks to Damian and his vision. He saw the project from start to finish, and worked hand in hand with our building contractor to oversee all the building works. He has been amazing to work with, and if I ever dream of building another home we would have no hesitation in choosing Inspire Architectural Design.

I cannot recommend Damian and inspire highly enough. We were very new to the building trade and had a lot of worries and concerns as our request was to transform an old dated house into a mixture of both a modern and traditional house. We didn’t want to work with someone that was always going to agree and tell us what we wanted to hear. We need someone to tell us what we needed to hear and that proper guidance and advise was refreshing from the off.
We had a specific budget that was tight with our wish list however. Damian was honest from the off and put our minds at ease in relation to design and costings. The design blew us away and the unique features still have us beaming today with a sense of pride in calling this our home.
Although we project managed the build ourselves Damian was always on hand for support and advise. We had a great relationship and agreed to disagree on a few areas but the house and our visions were always at the forefront of any healthy debates.
We are delighted with the build and finish along with the costing involved. Estimates were always spot on leaving us with a clear and concise picture at all times.
I have no problem  recommending Inspire to family and friends and have no hesitation in stating that although he is a Devenish man he exceeded our expectations in all areas!

I work with a lot of architectural firms, but chose Inspire for my own home because of their experience, professionalism and attention to detail. I knew they would deliver something special and I wasn’t disappointed. I had a design already done by a previous designer for my site which did not live up to my expectations. I felt we could get something better. Damian was sympathetic to our needs but has a great knack of keeping you on track not wasting your money.

Damian took our initial brief for a two storey extension and elevated this to a stunning design with stand out features that we did not appreciated how integral this would be to our daily lives. We have been delighted with his services.

Making the decision to build my own house was really scary & not an easy one to make. The most difficult task was knowing where to start even though I am a block layer by trade and know alot of people in the industry! Fortunately, I built a number of houses that had been designed by Damian Ferguson in the past so I was confident in his ability, what I didn’t expect nor bank on was just how helpful, creative & easy Damian is to work with ! Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
On our first meeting I showed Damian my proposed site & another site for consideration as a second option. Damian talk me through all the pros / cons of both sites and he completely changed my vision for the better. Inspire Architectural Design is definitely the right name for his company, as he inspired me on so many levels.
My journey did not end there. Our brief to Damian changed a few times and after a few different sketch designs Damian showed me he had the patience of a saint !! Even to this day he is always on hand to help & advise me throughout the build process. Damian also provided the Professional Consultants Certificate required for our mortgage and he inspected the works onsite and signed off at each stage so we could get payments from the bank and again it was a painless and prompt process !

Damian has not let me down to this day & has a prompt attitude to client care.

I saw photos of a renovation carried out by Damian. I really liked it. I contacted Damian and asked him to help me to convert my garage which was attached to my house. I was so amazed by the design ideas, the professionalism and patience he showed even when I changed my mind. He supported me in my “wobbles” and made the whole process seamless, painless and fun. Damian explained everything to me all the way through the process. There were no surprises, Damian liaised with the QS, builders and tradesmen on my behalf.
