The main objective was to future proof this home for the client.The existing garage separated the house from the garden area and made the kitchen/dining feel very dark and she wanted a spacious, open plan extension that opened out onto the main garden area. We demolished the garage and as you can see from the attached photos we completely transformed the dwelling into a beautiful home that is both spacious, bright and now has a direct relationship with the now fully landscaped garden. Needless to say the client is delighted with the finished project. Inspire architectural design designed and managed the project for the client. All works were co-ordinated so that the clients could live in the property for the duration of the build!
The Delivered Project
I saw photos of a renovation carried out by Damian. I really liked it. I contacted Damian and asked him to help me to convert my garage which was attached to my house. I was so amazed by the design ideas, the professionalism and patience he showed even when I changed my mind. He supported me in my “wobbles” and made the whole process seamless, painless and fun. Damian explained everything to me all the way through the process. There were no surprises! Damian liaised with the QS, builders and tradesmen on my behalf. He including me in all decisions.I can honestly say I was overwhelmed by the attention to detail and ideas for my conversion and I absolutely love the result, as does everyone that visits. Wonderful!! Honest, professional, strong, true, respectful and made the whole process fun. Thank you so much!! I love my new / refurbed old home!
