This is the second project we have completed for this client and the brief was to add more space to the to main bedrooms at first floor level, add an en-suite to the Master bedroom. If possible they wanted to see the partial views of the Castle and Lough Erne from these bedrooms if possible. They also required more space in the main living room area and wanted to give the dwelling a face lift.
They were not prepared for my solution but they loved it and what a difference it has made.
The main structure was formed in a combination of steel frame and highly insulated timber frame structure. Cedral weather board cladding was used externally along with triple glazed uPVC windows and a new composite front door. The feature corner window is all glass with no support post so as to avail of the beautiful view towards Enniskillen Castle.
