This bespoke bungalow is located on a fantastic site with views out over Coa and the surrounding countryside and it was approved under PPS21 CTY 6 – Personal & Domestic Circumstances. The clients wanted a bespoke dwelling that could cater for their needs, both as a home and for their daughter’s special requirements. This was a fantastic project to be involved with and the clients brilliant to work with.
