The client knew what she wanted and was brilliant to work with on the project. She wanted a traditional looking dwelling but different. We designed a unique dwelling with open plan split level living. It has a simple vernacular form as seen from the main road with a private courtyard area located to the rear which contains a double garage.
The dwelling is highly glazed and feature rich with both ground floor living and the first floor master bedroom over looking fantastic valley views. It has a heat recovery system and oil heating.
The client has amazing taste and an eye for quality and finished this dwelling off to a standard that complements the design beautifully.
The Delivered Project
We engaged the services of Damian in 2016. We wanted a bespoke property that gave us a sense of space even though we were downsizing. We clicked immediately as Damian could put on paper exactly what we both wanted and much more! Damian was a dream to work with and patient, he worked diligently throughout the project. We cannot recommend his architectural services enough, the professionalism and talent gave us our dream home!
