This was an a great project with great clients and their brief was to design a simple traditional / modern style bungalow within the agreed budget and make it as energy efficient as they could within their budget ! The dwelling is highly insulated throughout. It was fitted with triple glazed Carson timber windows / composite doors & aluminium lift & slide feature doors painted cream on the external and natural timber on the inside. We used a natural Vigo Spanish slate on the roof and a wet dash render to the walls with recon york granite window cills. The dwelling is heated by an OCHSNER air to water heat pump system. Please to say that the dwelling was constructed on time and within the agreed budget and finished to a very high standard.
