We where recommended by a friend of the client whom we had convert their house for in Portstewart. The existing dwelling was a basic bungalow design, poorly insulated and although the clients had fitted it off lovely they decided that the time was right to upgrade as their family was growing and they needed the extra space. The dwelling we designed to be spacious, filled with natural light and it has everything including open plan living, gym, study, office, integrated garage, see views and a feature stain glass window commissioned by the client. We managed to get a sea view via a first floor highly glazed lounge room with a small balcony.
