This was a special commission for me as it was for my sister-in-law and her husband so the pressure was on to get it right. They purchased a fantastic elevated site with beautiful views of Cuilcagh Mountain and the surrounding countryside. The dwelling its self is a storey and three quarter split level dwelling with dormer windows. We designed bespoke recon york granite surrounds to the main entrance porch, feature windows on the front elevation and an internal archway in the hallway. The kitchen units are set out in a curved bay window with curved glass and a rolled lead roof. The dwelling shape has been designed to form a small private courtyard area to the rear which includes a double garage with home office space above.
The Delivered Project
We decided to proceed with Inspire Architectural Design as we were looking for something unique and had seen some of Damian’s previous projects. The level of dedication and expertise shown to us by Damian was second to none. He took all of our ideas on board and produced a stunning family dwelling for us.
