Our client leased a unit for his Cafe and got the opportunity to purchase the building which fronted onto both East Bridge Street and Wellington Rd located in a prominent location in Enniskillen Town Centre.Brief was to consolidate his business plus another two family retail businesses in the one building while giving them additional space and prominent fronting for both Benetton and Harry & George clothing brands.Additional works completed where a complete fit-out of his Cafe and 4No. modern apartments on the upper floors.
