This is a unique 1900sqft dwelling with open plan living. It has a simple vernacular form as seen from the main rd with a private courtyard area located to the rear which contains a double garage.

The main entrance hallway contains a tall feature window and partially hidden stairs behind a feature curved wall which is open plan to a snug area. The entrance lobby from the rear courtyard leads into the main kitchen/dining/sitting area that are sub divided by a split level raised sitting area.
